Therapy for Individuals

I have maintained a practice seeing individuals for over thirty-five years.  I work to foster a deep connection and to compassionately support your evolving self-awareness and self-acceptance.

My initial process is simple and non-intimidating. First we will speak briefly on the phone, and the initial session will provide you with a personal sense of me and my style of working. The consistent feedback that I get is that my style is direct and non-mysterious, and that you should walk away from our initial session with a clear idea of our compatibility.

Together we will work to define our objectives and goals. Along the way we will evaluate whether the process is supporting these goals, and will prioritize issues that most effect your ability to live wholeheartedly.
